A clear label. In context.

FROM UNCERTAINTY TO A REPEATABLE PROCESS

Good disclosure takes more than a badge.

Which images need a closer look? Where should a label appear? Who reviewed the text before publication?

ProofLabel brings supported disclosure controls and review records into WordPress, so your team can make those decisions deliberately and check the result before a release.

PURPOSEFUL TOOLS

Clearer content.
A more accountable workflow.

Features traced to the existing plugin implementation. No automatic compliance score or invented certification.

01

Labels that stay with your content

Add generated or assisted labels with the editor assessment, a block or a shortcode. Selected post content can receive a label automatically.

Requires an editor’s assessment; it does not detect AI-written text.
02

More consistent product images

Label flagged product thumbnails, gallery images and selected variations through existing WooCommerce hooks.

Custom galleries and page builders need storefront testing.
03

A review queue, not a guessing game

Scan the first 256 KB of local images for provenance strings and generator names, then review flagged media.

Metadata can be absent or forged. C2PA signatures are not validated.
04

A notice for AI conversations

Enable a configurable notice for recognised chat widgets, your own CSS selectors, or every page.

Widget detection cannot determine whether a chat is AI-powered.
05

A record of your decisions

Keep local assessment events in a hash-linked audit log and export recent entries as CSV.

Database administrators can rewrite the chain. This is not certified evidence.
06

Your site keeps working

Optional subscription activation connects your site to authenticated downloads and updates.

Installed disclosure tools continue after cancellation or a service outage.
HOW IT WORKS

Review. Configure. Verify.

  1. 01

    Install

Upload the plugin ZIP in WordPress and open Settings → ProofLabel.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review AI involvement in your text and images. Confirm which notices fit your use case.

  3. 03

    Publish

Configure wording, use the block or shortcode, and check your actual storefront.

  4. 04

    Keep a record

Review the audit log, export recent events and recheck after theme or content changes.

DESIGNED WITH BOUNDARIES

A helper for transparency.
Not a substitute for judgement.

Article 50 separates provider duties from deployer duties. A visible label is not the same as robust machine-readable marking, and a widget selector cannot prove that a system is AI.

ProofLabel does not certify compliance, authenticate C2PA credentials, detect AI text, or implement emotion-recognition or biometric-category notices.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you get started.

Still have a question?
partners@saasnivo.com

What does ProofLabel actually do?

It supplies configurable AI content labels, an image metadata review workflow, a chatbot notice and a local audit log. You decide which content needs disclosure and verify its placement on your site.

Which Article 50 scenarios can it help with?

It can assist visible disclosures for assessed images and public-interest text, and notices for supported AI chat interfaces. Provider machine-readable marking, audio/video disclosure, emotion recognition and biometric categorisation are outside its implemented scope.

Does it guarantee compliance?

No. Your role, content, audience, jurisdiction and implementation matter. Its assessment is a decision aid based on your answers, not a legal ruling. Seek qualified advice for your specific use case.

Which versions are supported?

The imported plugin declares WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 7.4+. WooCommerce is optional for basic labels and required for the product-image hooks. These declared minimums are not a promise that every version or theme has been tested; see the documentation for release validation status.

How do I install and activate a license?

After a verified subscription payment, use the private account page to download the ZIP and copy your license. Upload the ZIP in WordPress, activate it, then open Settings → ProofLabel subscription. Site activation is separate from installing the disclosure tools.

What happens on renewal, cancellation or failed payment?

PayPal processes recurring payments. Verified payments extend update and download access. Cancellation stops future billing while preserving the paid period. Active or suspended subscriptions with a previous payment have a three-day renewal grace period. Refunds or reversals pause access for support review. Installed labels keep working.

How can I move a site or recover access?

Use your saved recovery code on the account page. Release an old site before activating its replacement. Staging sites count toward the configured limit. Network-wide WordPress activation is not supported in this beta.

What data is sent and where do I get help?

Disclosures, image scans and audit entries stay in WordPress. Optional licensing sends your license key and site URL to SaaSNivo. PayPal handles payment details. For setup, account recovery or cancellation help, contact partners@saasnivo.com.
