Subscription & cancellation terms

Commercial checkout is not open. These launch terms describe the implemented access model and must be approved by the product owner before purchasing is enabled. No price or payment commitment is offered on this page.

What the subscription provides

ProofLabel is offered by SaaSNivo. The subscription covers authenticated plugin downloads, updates and email support at partners@saasnivo.com, within the site limit displayed at checkout. No guaranteed response time or legal advisory service is included. The plugin code retains its GPL-2.0-or-later licensing and original author attribution.

Billing and renewal

Only the amount, currency, frequency and site limit shown at checkout and approved in PayPal apply. Monthly or annual subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. There is no trial, setup fee or undisclosed surcharge in this integration. Any applicable tax treatment and merchant identity must be finalised before launch. PayPal handles payment information; SaaSNivo never collects card details.

Cancellation and payment failures

Cancel in the private ProofLabel account or PayPal’s automatic-payment settings before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; update and download access continues for the already-paid period. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed payment. Renewal failures on previously paid active or suspended subscriptions have a three-day grace period. After expiry, downloads and updates pause while installed disclosure functionality continues.

Refunds and disputes

For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment or product problem, contact partners@saasnivo.com with your subscription reference. Refund requests require review; this beta does not promise an automatic refund period. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. A confirmed refund or payment reversal pauses subscription access pending support review. Commercial launch requires the owner to confirm a jurisdiction-appropriate refund and digital-delivery policy.

Sites, updates and availability

Each WordPress home URL, including staging, occupies one activation. Release an old site before migration. Network-wide activation is not supported. Updates require a valid activated license; download tickets are short-lived. Previously verified subscription access can be cached for up to three days during a service outage, never beyond the entitlement period plus any applicable renewal grace. Existing labels do not depend on a subscription connection.

Scope and responsibilities

ProofLabel is a technical aid for supported disclosure workflows, not a compliance guarantee or legal opinion. Assess your role and obligations, review scan results, validate disclosure placement and keep backups. Refer to the supported scope before use.

Account security and data

Keep your recovery code and license private. Recovery requires proof of subscription ownership; support will never ask for your PayPal password or card details. See product data handling and SaaSNivo privacy. These product terms supplement the SaaSNivo terms.
